RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Parts & Materials

Parts or materials purchased by Reliant RV Services LLC on behalf of a customer are subject to the manufacturer’s and supplier’s return policies.

  • Parts may only be returned if they are eligible under the supplier or manufacturer’s return policy.

  • A restocking fee may apply.

  • Special-order, custom-order, electrical, electronic, or installed parts may be non-returnable.

  • Any return shipping or supplier fees may be charged to the customer.

  • Refunds for returned parts will not be issued until Reliant RV Services LLC receives the refund or credit from the supplier.

2. Installed Parts

Once a part has been installed, it is generally non-returnable.

If an installed part is determined to be defective and is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, Reliant RV Services LLC will assist with the warranty process as applicable. Warranty coverage is determined by the manufacturer and is not guaranteed by Reliant RV Services LLC unless specifically stated in writing.

3. Labor Charges

Labor charges are non-refundable once work has been performed.

If a customer cancels a scheduled service appointment after a technician has arrived or work has begun, the customer may be responsible for applicable diagnostic, travel, service-call, and labor charges.

4. Deposits & Special Orders

Deposits for special-order parts, custom work, or scheduled projects may be non-refundable once the parts have been ordered or work has been scheduled.

If a supplier permits cancellation or refund, any amount refunded to Reliant RV Services LLC will be passed along to the customer, less applicable fees or charges.

5. Warranty & Repair Issues

If a repair does not resolve the original issue, please contact Reliant RV Services LLC so the concern can be evaluated.

A return visit may be subject to additional diagnostic or labor charges if the issue is determined to be unrelated to the original repair, caused by another component, improper operation, customer modification, environmental conditions, or a pre-existing condition.

6. Customer-Supplied Parts

Reliant RV Services LLC does not guarantee customer-supplied parts.

Labor to install a customer-supplied part remains billable even if the part is defective, incorrect, incompatible, or fails after installation.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or supplier.

Credit card processing fees may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.

9. Policy Changes

Reliant RV Services LLC reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy as necessary. The policy in effect at the time of purchase or service will generally apply.
